Terms of service
What you can use Bedtime Saga for
Personal, non-commercial use by your household. You may generate stories for the kids in your account and listen to them at bedtime or otherwise within your family.
What you may not do
- Republish or redistribute the generated stories outside your household.
- Train another model on the generated content.
- Use the service to attempt to generate content harmful to children. Our content-safety layers will reject such attempts; doing so repeatedly will get the account suspended.
- Share account credentials with people outside your household. The Family plan exists for the legitimate version of this.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from /account/billing; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds for the current period are at our discretion.
Generated content
Stories are generated by language models. They sometimes produce phrasing that doesn’t quite fit; you can rate any chapter and we’ll factor it into what we generate next time. We do not guarantee that any specific chapter will be a good fit for your kid, only that the content will be appropriate for the age band you set.
Liability
Bedtime Saga is provided as-is. We are not liable for any consequential damages arising from use of the service beyond the amount you have paid in subscription fees in the trailing 12 months.
Changes
If we materially change these terms, we’ll email account-holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel before that point if you don’t want to be bound.
